I am a married babyboomer and grandmother of two.  Some of my titles are – Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Coach, Supervisor, Group Facilitator.  I bring over 30 years’ professional experience to my work, together with that wry sense of Glaswegian humour.  I am one of the “Been there, done that, got the “T” shirt ones who juggle too many or too few balls in the air, and won’t go quietly into the sidelines.  I have had cancer and am lucky enough to still be standing and getting on with life.

The basis of my work is helping women to accept and re-connect with their Wise Woman who has such wisdom and life experience to offer.  Then YOU can stand comfortably in your own skin and feel Visible .
