IT will enable you to Wake up, re-connect with yourself AND re-kindle the ability to choose your lust for life.
By the end of the course, you will have increased self-awareness, challenged and deepened your understanding of your (self), have more knowledge of your skills and qualities, and clarity about your next step. In other words, more confidence in being YOU.
The course will be facilitated by Irene Brankin, a well-known and respected Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Coach and Supervisor. She brings many years of personal and professional experience to her work, together with a wicked sense of Glaswegian humour, love, wisdom and maturity. She is one of the “been there, done that, got the “T” shirt” Women and is still being Visible.
